Policies for Non-Bridal Alterations
Bridal policies are provided via email.
Payment
Cash deposit is due at fitting appointment/garment drop-off.
Remainder of payment is due at pickup. Cash only please.
Service Cancellation
Alterations can be cancelled within 12 hours after initial appointment time. Cancellations within 12 hours will be subject to a $30 consultation fee. Cancellations after 12 hours - the customer will be responsible for the cost of the alterations already completed or the $30 consultation fee, whichever is more.
Pickup Appointments
Please arrive promptly at the beginning of your scheduled appointment time. Appointment cancellations/rescheduling must be made prior to 24 hours of the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a $10 late fee. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more past the beginning of the scheduled appointment time are considered cancelled appointments and are subject to the late fee.
Quote
A quote is provided at the initial fitting/drop-off. The final price may change as the work progresses. Any change in price will be communicated to the client.
